Definitions

  1. Administrator – means Hazel Investments Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-797) at 1 Klimczaka Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Warsaw City, Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000264895, NIP 5272523648, REGON 140732499, which renders electronic services and stores and accesses the information on User’s Devices.

  3. Internal Cookies – mean Cookies placed by Administrator and which are connected with rendering electronic services by the Administrator via Website.
  4. Third Party Cookies – mean Cookies placed by Administrator’s partners via Website.

Types of Cookies used

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User’s Device. In particular by this means it is not possible for bugs or any unwanted software or malicious software to get into User’s Devices. Options for determining the terms of storing or accessing via Cookies

  1. The User may change the settings related to Cookie files on his own and at any time, determining the terms of storing of Cookie files and accessing User’s Device via Cookie files. Changes of the settings which are mentioned in the previous sentence may be executed by the User through browser’s settings or configuration of the service. These settings may by changed in particular in such a way that automatic handling of Cookie files is blocked in the settings of browser or the User is informed about each placement of the Cookies on User’s Device.
